Interpreting the Once and Future Landscape through Trees with Dr. Colin Orians

Colin Orians is a professor of Biology and Director of Environmental studies at Tufts University. His work explores the impact of climate and pests on natural and managed plant communities, including the impacts of the hemlock woolly adelgid in New England forests.

Topics:  ecology, biodiversity, climate change, and invasive species.

Meet at the Bellevue Pond parking lot on South Border Rd (opposite #70) in Medford.  Steady rain or heavy snow cancels.
